Luxembourg (tripadvisor.com): “Wonderful place”
This is the central park of Cluj, 3 long alleys with huge trees, benches and a lake at one end surrounded by 2 wonderfully renovated buildings (ex-casinos). One is now a restaurant, the other a temporary exhibition place.
Nearby there is a round fountain surrounded by statues and a covered bandstand.
On the lake one can take a boat.
There also stalls selling local food and on weekend there are many activities like concerts.
